Ella's a problem solver - what do you do when you run out of hands? ...use your mouth of course!

Ella and I love our playdates! We were blessed to meet our lil gang...here's a moment at the park...

The holidays were filled with family! Ella lights up when she sees her grandparents - it's a beautiful things - she almost pushes us out the door..."Bye Mommy, Bye Daddy" she waves...

Ella loves the park and a day with Awa and Papa - well that's just the best. (I mean could she look any happier?!) So while mommy tried to cook a turkey - Ella, Awa and Papa stole a moment at the park (and it wasn't til they got home mommy realized she went in her pjs!) oh well :)

Ella wouldn't sit in Santa's lap - but she ran to a big stuffed bear and happily sat there!

The outdoor tables are in the sand - it's like your own sandbox at your feet! I think this is one of the first family pics we are all looking at the camera (too bad we have sunglasses on) - there is also a puppy at the photographer's feet...lol

We always look for and excuse to visit Mickey and Minnie!!

Mommy's is still mastering the technique - but we love em! (Well at least Ella sit's a little "stiller" than she did before)

We went to Underwood Farms to find our Christmas Tree this year...they have a play area, petting zoo, train and more!

Grammy Deda came out and we did it up with all the fixings! Yummy!!

We went to the YMCA Halloween party...Ella danced to Thiller and we enjoyed the kids and their costumes (Ella followed around a "knight in shining armor" - he was shiny)!

We spent the day with the Diaz girls for Emma 7th birthday. It is the happiest place on earth - so where else would we be!! Ella LOVES it's a small world and the parade - she is just captivated!!

We had a photo session with Julia and Ella threw the queen of all tantrums, screams, big crocodile tears and more. She ended up skinning her knee cuz she wanted to be done with it all, but mommy didn't want to let her go for fear she'd bonk her head on the ground....it was a doozie! Some crackers and juice calmed us down - and when we got home we were as happy as a clam....oh well we will try again!

Katie moved and now has a pool in the backyard! Ella loves to swim so we were quick to head over! Ella liked the "baby pool" best (aka the spa).

Ella always has a blast at Grandma Cheri's and Grandpa's! This time there was a croquet playdate! Ella never wants to leave when mommy comes to pick her up.

Grammy Deda did what she does best, when she was out for a visit.... make our garden look beautiful! And Ella helped! Freshly bathed and PJed up we couldn't resist the water and mud!

It was a huge hit! I know where we will be every weekend next summer!! Ella loved the sand and waves...we went with Grammy Deda for the first time and our friends for time number two. When we went the second time Ella was shivering and her lips were blue - but she'd throw a fit everytime we went to warm up! She looooooooooved the waves!

Ella just figured out that plugging your ears makes interesting sounds! Sure it's cute now - but I can see her as a teenager doing the same thing for very different reasons! : )

Awa got Ella this fun whale to float in and it was a big hit. We love swimming anywhere and everywhere!

We went to Gymboree, fed the goats and ate a whole lotta turkey meatloaf. We are working on saying "Awa" as well as Thank You, Go, Outside and more! We went to the blueberry patch to feed the goats - they were pretty funny and the ate right from Ella's hand. It was a great visit!!

Ella, Katie and I went to a local blueberry patch in Camarillo to pick berries. We thought - 9am - perfect temp...but it was HOT! Ella loved feeding the goats and sheep carrots most. We ate blueberries from the bushes and had a wonderful time!!

I know all of you following Ella's website have probably given up on me and updates! Well we've taken lots of photos and I'm here to say we are back on track! I will be more diligent in posting the happenings of year TWO!
